this data was taken using a monochromator and camera. Each file is a spectrum of energy vs 

Data is in files AM06_norm*.csv. Each file is in the form, energy, counts (microwaves), counts (no microwave).
Each file is a different microwave frequency. Microwave frequency is recorded in the meta data in the first row of the file.
There is a reference file for the spectral response of the LED, and dark file for the dark count on the camera. Both these files have microwaves on and off columns but no microwaves were applied.
Data is processed as: (data-dark)/(ref-dark) for the spectra with and without microwaves. Check meta data to adjust for different exposure times in reference data.

1(c) uses the average of all the microwaves off data, and the microwave frequency = 19.5 GHz file (check meta data in first line of files) for the microwaves on data (also used in (d)).

1(e) uses all files.
